We exclusively install locally grown Kentucky Bluegrass sod that is harvested and delivered the same day. Residential installations are available in Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, Waterdown, and surrounding areas. Commercial services extend throughout the Greater Toronto, Hamilton, and Niagara areas.

- Remove existing lawn with sod cutter or skid steer, haul and dispose off-site.
- Deliver and spread screened topsoil to allow proper rooting base for sod.
- Grade away from foundation, ensure proper drainage and an even surface.
- Apply starter fertilizer to promote quick and healthy root development.
- Deliver local, same-day harvested Kentucky Bluegrass or Tall Fescue sod rolls.
- Install sod in a staggered pattern, trim garden beds, hardscape, driveway, etc.
- Compact the sod with a roller and tamper to remove air pockets.
- Water immediately and deeply, ensuring the soil layer below is moist.
- Cleanup the jobsite and remove any leftover debris from property.
- Explain the watering schedule and how to care for your newly sodded lawn.
