- Remove existing lawn with sod cutter, haul and dump debris off-site.
- Deliver triple-mix topsoil blend for nutrients and root development.
- Grade new topsoil away from property to ensure proper drainage.
- Apply starter fertilizer to promote quick and healthy root growth.
- Deliver locally farmed, same-day cut Kentucky Bluegrass or Tall Fescue.
